Since the Site is targeted at users from Europe, we comply with GDPR as a data controller, even if the hosting and domain are registered in Ukraine (a country with an adequate level of protection under GDPR).

International Data Transfers

Your data is stored on servers in Ukraine (a country with an adequate level of protection under GDPR). Additionally, data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), for example:

  • Stripe (USA/EU) — using Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and the Data Privacy Framework.
  • Other providers (e.g., Google in the USA) — similarly.

We ensure compliance with GDPR requirements through SCC or other mechanisms of adequate protection.

Data Storage

We store your data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, or in accordance with legal obligations. For example:

  • Registration data (email, username) — until account deletion or 5 years after the last activity (to comply with statute of limitations periods).
  • Marketing data — until withdrawal of your consent.
  • Technical data (e.g., logs) — up to 12 months.

After the storage period expires, data is deleted or anonymized.
